Description of Service

Atoma is a personal productivity application that helps you:

Track and build daily, weekly, and monthly habits
Manage tasks and to-dos
Monitor income and expenses
Receive AI-powered insights and coaching

User Accounts

To use Atoma, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Upload malicious content or code
Use automated systems to access the service

Subscriptions and Payments

Atoma offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

AI Features

Atoma includes AI-powered coaching features. Please note:

AI responses are for informational purposes only
AI advice should not replace professional financial, medical, or mental health advice
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

Intellectual Property

Atoma and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within Atoma (habits, tasks, transactions). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the service will immediately cease
You may export your data before termination
We may delete your data after a reasonable period

Disclaimer of Warranties

Atoma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
